My dad took my family here for boyfriend's birthday.. he had told us you have to try the food at mac's, it's really good. He was not lying! Wonderful staff and fantastic food. Definitely plan to go back soon

Typical country food here great meatloaf & shrimp, but the desserts are what really makes this place great. The peanut butter balls were my favorite! Along with the cakes, especially the pineapple cake, so delicious! They have lots of different cakes & pies Homemade too! Yum. You can order them whole to go and we noticed alot of customers doing that. They even gave us both a free slice! The staff was very sweet.

Mac's is fantastic! They have the absolute best fried baby flounder in Monroe! Today I ordered mine with fried okra, pinto beans w onions, and hush puppies! So delicious!

Absolutely love Mac's. Good southern fried food. Make sure you get the Mac & Cheese or the fried shrimp. And save room for dessert, because they make some of the best cake and pie, and Buckeyes (peanut butter balls) that I've ever had! Just make sure you get here quickly for lunch or you'll miss out!

My first time coming here I really enjoyed the food getting takeout. I got the lunch special with fish, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy and paid extra for a slice of carrot cake, I would definitely come and get the same meal again. Just wish they were open for dinner and weekends, hard to make it during the week while working.

Lunch special.. baby flounder, slaw, fries, and hush puppies. Flounder and hush puppies are my favorite. Staff was good on checking up to make sure you are good.

We were about 40 ladies and we ordered at the counter and the food came out very fast as each order was done. They were prepared for us....the food was very good and the portions were large. I had fried shrimp, french fries, hush puppies and Cole slaw with my order....
